I was born and raised in Remsen, Iowa, but I have wanted to move to Colorado since my first visit in 2015. My dream of attending CU Boulder was very swiftly changed when I learned the price of out-of-state tuition, so I finished my degree in Political Science at Iowa State University before making the move to Colorado in 2023. I was blessed to work for the Community College of Denver as a Community Engagement Specialist for my first two years here, where I learned about valuable resources and met countless Denver community members. The students I enjoyed serving are the same students who inspired me to pursue a career that relates to my interests, and that’s how I found CGH! Being a paralegal allows me to still dedicate myself to the service of our clients, while advancing my interests in the legal field. It’s the best of both worlds!
When I’m not working, you might find me hiking and climbing in the mountains, but I also enjoy a nice weekend at home cooking new recipes and watching bad reality T.V. shows. When I’m not in Colorado, you will probably find me visiting my parents, grandma, and ten siblings back in Iowa.
