Jordan Rodriguez

Jordan was born and raised in northeastern Colorado but has been a Denver resident since 2008. He is the oldest of 12 siblings and loves to spend time with his family. The first half of his adult life he spent in the restaurant industry developing a love of fine dining and guest relationships, but during 2020 he had a lot of downtime to decide what came next. His soul searching led him to pursue a degree in Paralegal Studies at the Community College of Denver where he dedicated himself to becoming an honors student.

His first exposure to the legal profession was as an intern for Western Resource Advocates where he assisted the organization in creating policy advancement for prescribed burning and wildfire mitigation in the state of Colorado. His research assisted in the creation of a bipartisan bill with the Colorado General Assembly and his passion for advocating for the environment has led him to continue his education at CU Denver where he is honing his legal skills to not only continue fighting for the environment, but for any cause that is underrepresented or in need of an extra pair of hands.

During the summer he volunteers his time as a camp counselor with Elevating Connections, a non-profit organization that strives to help reconnect siblings who have been separated by the foster care system. His father’s advice of “leaving things in a better condition than you found it” has attached itself to his own guiding philosophies and he is excited to help CGH serve their clients with this principle in mind.

In his downtime Jordan loves to spend time with his pets, travelling to beach locations, and playing Dungeons and Dragons with his friends.
