- Mr. Pancake is a Newfoundland, affectionately known around the office as "the big floof," and he was born on January 25, 2020.
- His hobbies include swimming, eating fries, swimming again, and taking long naps to recover from all that swimming.
- Favorite toy: a stuffed fry. Favorite food: actual fries. Favorite life philosophy: if he fits, he sits, preferably in water.
Though he looks like a bear, Mr. Pancake is really just a giant heart on four paws, always ready to love, comfort, or drool on anyone lucky enough to be near. In the CGH family, he reminds us not to take life too seriously and to find joy in the small things and warmth in the everyday moments.
