Jenista Knudson

Jenista is a Pre-Litigation Paralegal with Cheney Galluzzi and Howard. She has been a part of the team since 2019. Jenista was a born in Wisconsin and raised in North Dakota by her grandparents. From a very young age, she developed a deep appreciation for helping and understanding others. As she grew older, the roles reversed and through high school and college Jenista cared for her grandparents. She attended the University of North Dakota where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 2015.

Jenista had always dreamed of moving out of the Midwest in search of warmer weather and growth. When her fiancée, Kyle, graduated shortly after her they decided to take a leap of faith and move out west to Colorado. Having previously worked in managerial/leadership roles for 7-8 years, she decided to switch gears and pursue a career where she could foster her passion for helping people. Her love for helping others transferred over well to her current paralegal role where she strives to build strong, meaningful relationships with each client to give a personalized experience to their representation. She understands that the stress and fear that accompany an injury need to be heard and addressed as much as the injury itself. Jenista takes pride in being able to make a terrible situation a little bit easier through organization, information, and compassion. CGH’s clients routinely rave about Jenista’s ability to listen to their concerns and make them feel heard.

When Jenista isn’t working, you can find her exploring her new(ish) home state, listening to live music, dancing, laughing, and spending time with her family; frenchie pups named Nugget, Nugget’s baby sister sidekick, Gnocchi, a kitty named Tiberius the Terrible, and Kyle.
