Sam has represented incarcerated people with disabilities as a student attorney, advocating for the development of accessible communications in carceral facilities on behalf of an accessibility coalition.

Sam joined the CGH team in January 2022 as a litigation law clerk. Sam was born in Philadelphia, raised in Virginia, and is a first-generation American to a family of Russian immigrants.

Sam graduated from McGill University in Montreal, Canada, with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He attended the University of Colorado Law School and graduated. Sam has represented incarcerated people with disabilities as a student attorney, advocating for the development of accessible communications in carceral facilities on behalf of an accessibility coalition. As a student attorney, Sam also testified before the Colorado Senate Business Committee in support of the Consumer Right to Repair Powered Wheelchairs Bill – the nation’s first right-to-repair state law to be enacted. Outside of law school, Sam has worked in various capacities at personal injury and workers’ compensation law firms where he developed a deep appreciation for supporting victims of traumatic injuries.

At CGH, Sam has helped numerous clients and victims of traumatic accidents recover millions of dollars in compensation from insurance companies. Sam has garnered vast experience successfully representing clients in both the pre-litigation and litigation stages, bolstering the firm’s unwavering commitment to seeking justice to the fullest extent possible for its clients. Sam is adept at helping clients navigate the many diverse challenges involved in personal injury cases and is committed to ensuring that each client obtains the compensation they deserve.

In his free time, Sam enjoys boxing, traveling, snowboarding, and playing piano.
